Welcome to ProTech Voice's daily English grammar and communication quick tips.
Today's quick tip is: Six steps in problem solving.
Today we will discuss the first step in problem solving. The first step in problem solving is identifying the problem. You want to make sure your identifying the problem down to the root of the issue. By simply fixing the current situation and not identifying how the problem was started would only put a bandage on the issue and allow it to resurrect again. For example, you wouldn’t keep putting air in your flat tire without actually fixing the tear in the tire first.
Today’s suggestion: Identify the problem at its source and then you will be able to make the best decision on fixing the problem. Join us next time as we look at step two in problem solving.
