Would you like to learn a new way at #analyzing #problems today?

Welcome to ProTech Voice's English Grammar and Communication quick tips.

Today's quick tip is: Second step in analyzing a problem.

Today we will discuss the second step in problem solving. The second step in problem solving is analyzing the problem. When analyzing a problem it is best that you or the group gather as much detailed information as possible about the problem. After gathering all the details of the problem, the next step is researching how the problem began and how the group or others fixed the same problem. Have the group share in their previous experiences of similar problems and how it was solved or ask others whom may have experienced the same situation. Carla’s troop, for example, would like to create a fundraiser and would like to know how to begin. They could contact other troops and ask them for information about how they chose to do their fundraising or research fundraising at their local library or gather information from the Internet.

Today’s suggestion: When analyzing a problem remember to gather all the details of how the problem began. Identify and work with others on the best possible resolution for the issue. Enjoy fixing today’s problems by being the best analyzer you can be. Join us next time as we look at step three in problem solving.
